The Lottery is where you can comment your country (only one entry per household) and if you are chosen you will be able to purchase the brooch up in the lottery but will only have 24 hours to do so after the email was sent but will have to pay the full price of the brooch then not in seperate transaction. This makes buy the brooches more fair as you will have the same chance as everyone else to receive a brooch from the lottery. It is important to note that Tangerine used to do release with half of the amount made of a piece put aside for the lottery but because of so many complaints about missing out now the only way to purchase the is through the lottery. Also if you comment on the Lottery you are expected to want the brooch and not change your mind once chosen.
